General Terms & Conditions
1) General
By participating in MainGame portal, participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the rules, regulations and methods of participation in portal subscription, which are set out on http://wap.u.com.my shall bind you in your subscription to the portal. Failure to comply with the said terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods will result in your disqualification to remain subscribed to the service.
The portal subscription (MainGame) shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Malaysia. However, it shall be your sole responsibility and obligation to ensure that you comply with and do not contravene any laws to which you may be personally subject.
2) Description of Service
MainGame is a games portal where you can play all games available in the portal anywhere and anytime you want. There is no download or installation required.
You can access to the portal by subscribing to the portal directly or through text messages (SMS) by sending ON MGAME to 28282.
3) Participants
Employees of U Mobile Sdn Bhd and Forest Interactive Sdn. Bhd., their associated agencies, dealers, distributors, sponsors and immediate families may subscribe to the service. However, should there be a contest held, they will not be eligible to be selected as winners.
4) Portal Subscription
You may subscribe to the service using any of listed methods below:
- SMS
You may send “ONMGAME” and send to 28282.
- WAP portal
You may visit http://maingame.com.my and subscribe through the WAP portal.
- USSD
You may visit U Mobile USSD menu by calling *118*4*2#
By subscribing to the service, you will be charged for RM3/week (exclusive 6% GST) and the subscription will be auto-renewed per week.
5) Termination of Service
Subscribers can unsubscribe to the service by sending BATAL MGAME to 28282.
6) Miscellaneous
a) You must ensure that your subscription is complete and accurate. Proof of SMS sent by the Participant does not denote proof that U Mobile received the SMS. Participants must ensure that their SMS entries are complete and accurate. Incomplete, illegible or late SMS entries shall be disqualified. U Mobile shall not be responsible or liable for any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, incomplete, misdirected, lost, delayed, corrupted, duplicated or otherwise not in compliance with these terms and conditions.
b) There may be circumstances due to volume and network capacity management where SMS’ sent by Participants may arrive outside the Contest Period, this is beyond the control of U Mobile. Such SMS’ received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified. There shall be no refunds for such SMS’ sent beyond the Contest Period and/or due to other circumstances beyond U Mobile’s control.
c) U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
d) U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Contest and extending the Contest Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Contest.
e) By participating in the Contest, all participants:-
| (i) consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest; and |
| (ii) consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
|
| (iii) grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

f) To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Contest. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Contest.
g) The subscription and use of U Mobile’s prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
h) The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Contest.
